Committees

The Council is composed of three standing committees (Steering , Planning and aAdministration, Economy and Welfare) and two special committees (Budget and Accounting, Ethics), the chairperson is elected by secret ballot for a two-year term of office. The chairman of the Standing Committee represents the concerns of the committee and supervises such things as bills, petitions, etc. under the committee’s jurisdiction.
